McLaren Campus

The McLaren Campus is a mixed use medical office, retail, hospital campus located in Clarkston Michigan.  The development includes a 120,000 s.f. industrial building currently occupied by Magnetti Morelli, a cancer center, a medical office building and is the site of a future mixed use retail/office building and a new hospital.

Plans call for The Health Care Village to have over 400,000 square feet of medical office, and a 200 bed hospital.  McLaren Village Plaza will feature 30,000 square feet of retail space, and 9,000 square feet of office space. 

I led the financing of the industrial building, and the development management, financing and leasing of the cancer center.
