Beck North and Beck West Corporate Parks
Beck North and Beck West Corporate Parks were a +/- 600 acre land assemblage conducted by NEG in the mid-1990's, which were developed into a more traditional industrial buiding park. I was responsible for leasing the building that we owned in the park, and finding the land development financing for the Beck North Corporate Park.
