Haggerty Corridor Corporate Park Aerials

Haggerty Corridor Corporate Park (HCCP) is the premier Office/Office research park in western Oakland County.  Land acquisition began in earnest in the mid-1990's after the success of Country Club Corporate Park and the reality of the long anticipated construction of the M-5 connector (the extension of I-275.)  Construction began in 1999, with the first phase of the 400 acre park. 1 1/2 miles of roads were built (Cabot Drive and Lewis Drive) which I financed with a land development loan from Bank of America. The first tenants in the Park were a division of Siemens and Trinity Health's headquarters.  Most of the buildings were developed on spec.  Over the next 15 years, HCCP has grown to almost 2 million square feet.  Phase II construction began in 2008, with the extension of Cabot Drive and the construction of MacKenzie Drive, financed again with Bank of America.  The recession that followed slowed development plans for a few years, however In 2012, we started building once again with new single story office/flex speculative buildings. Phase II continues to gain momentum with two new 180,000 square foot build-to-suit buildings (Harman Becker and Magna International), as well as a planned land sale to an A+ rated health care company and other build-to-suit deals.
